- Preset DTMF Commands: Added support for pre-configured DTMF command strings to streamline quick signaling operations.
- Simultaneous Dual Display: The main channel interface has been upgraded to show the Channel Name and Current Frequency at the exact same time.
- RoIP Channel Sync: When receiving over network channels, the screen now actively displays the bound network channel name.
- Multi-Message Streams: Improved messaging engine to display multiple consecutive incoming text messages from the same teammate cleanly.
- Bandwidth Modification: Integrated a quick Bandwidth modification selection option directly inside the Radio Settings menu.
- Narrowband Indicator: The system status bar will now explicitly show an "N" icon when working on Narrowband channels.
- Proactive TOT Alerts: Added an audible alert notification sequence that sounds exactly 5 seconds before the Time-Out Timer (TOT) expiration cut-off.
- Auto Power-Off (APO): Introduced an automated power-down management choice inside the General Settings parameters.
- Microphone Gain Scaling: Considerably expanded the responsive adjustment range for system Mic Gain calibration.
- Expanded Time Zones: Native support added for GMT+14 time zones.
- DTMF Balancing: Fully unified the internal DTMF transmission modulation levels between the mobile station hardware and connected phone software layers.
Critical Bug Fixes
- KISS Data Protocols: Resolved specific transmission interruption bugs to guarantee consistent packet transfers over KISS TNC infrastructure.
- Single-Monitor Frequency Lock: Fixed a glitch where launching transmissions on designated channels while operating in single-channel monitor mode caused the device's receive frequency to lock instead of resetting back to the running channel.
- iOS UI Display Cleanup: Rectified an alphanumeric sorting issue on iOS platforms where sending a shorter Zone name failed to completely clear out residual characters of the preceding longer Zone name.
Official HT App Upgrade Protocol
Follow this standardized walkthrough to unlock and deploy the updated system image safely to your mobile car station infrastructure:
Power up your VR-N7600 station. Open the VERO HT App on your mobile phone and ensure a successful Bluetooth link is verified.
Enter the [Device Settings] console panel from the app dashboard. Locate and tap directly onto the [Firmware Version] entry matrix row.
Locate and press the "Experience Beta Firmware" trigger button in the upper-right region of the installation interface. A popup dialog will demand your network permission code.
Type this code into the prompt box to initiate the secure cloud server build pull.
- Power Integrity: Ensure your automobile power plant or desk supply delivers stable current during installation. Do not disrupt power connection profiles until progress registers 100%.
- Quota Restrictions: Public beta environments operate under a strict 200-user seat threshold. If server response parameters time out, the testing pool for this version has reached capacity.
