| The VR-2720H is a unique dual band
mobile, providing VHF/VHF, UHF/UHF simultaneous
receive capability along with VHF/UHF duplex operation.
Simple touch of a button changes the transmit band.Twice
the versatility, twice the fun! |
- V/V, U/U simultaneous receive capability
The IC-2720H is a unique dual band mobile, providing
VHF/VHF, UHF/UHF simultaneous receive capability
along with VHF/UHF duplex operation. Simple touch
of a button changes the transmit band
- Independent controls for each band
Operating two bands simultaneously is very simple
with Icom's symmetric layout with a wide LCD display
showing both band settings in an easy to read
side by side format. The IC-2720H provides separate
tuning, volume, squelch knobs and function buttons
the left and right side bands. Also, listen to
both bands independently through separate left
and right band audio jacks.
- Dynamic Memory Scan (DMS)
With 212 memory channels, Icomfs exclusive
Dynamic Memory Scan system gives you flexibility
over your scanning lists, fully customizable in
10 banks.
- Wideband receiver
Keep on top of what is happening with the IC-2720H's
wideband receiver. Covering from 118-549 and 810-99MHz*,
you will be able to listen to almost any communications!
(* Receiver range differs depending on version)
- HM-133, remote control microphone
The Icom exclusive "Hot keys" (F1/F2)
memorize the most commonly used transceiver settings.
- DTCS and CTCSS
The IC-2720H incorporates 104×2 DTCS and
50 CTCSS tone codes along with a tone scan function.
Don't miss out on communications because of not
having the proper type of "tones"! The
"pocket beep" feature gives you an audible
and visible indicator of an incoming call.
- Compact, remote controller
The controller with the 3.5m (11.5') separation
cable is an easy to install two pieces configuration.
This configuration offers the flexibility of mounting
the controller while placing the main unit in
an outof-the-way location without any additional
cost. Microphone jacks are mounted both on the
controller and main unit of the radio!
- And more...
• 10dB RF attenuator
• Selectable squelch delay
• 9600bps packet data terminal (mini-DIN
6-pin connector)
• Optional MB-85 allows you to mount the
controller to the main unit
• 14 DTMF memory channels (24 digits)
• Sub band auto mute function
• MOS-FET power amplifier
• Weather Alert
• Auto repeater function
• Wide/narrow channel spacing
